What Our Guarantee Covers
Our 30-day happiness guarantee covers your purchase from the date you receive your order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, whether the product is not what you expected, your pet shows no interest after multiple attempts, or you simply changed your mind, you are entitled to a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at support@snugglebrain.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief note about your experience. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. You do not need to return the product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@snugglebrain.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement immediately at no cost. No return required.
Exchanges
As we currently carry one product, we do not offer exchanges. However if you experience any issue with your order we will always make it right through a refund or replacement.
